IGNITE FAQ
Q. What kind if application method is used to imprint IGNITE products?
A. IGNITE products are imprinted using traditional screen printing techniques – on state of the art equipment. Together with the inks that we use, this ensures that you are getting a durable high quality finish that should outlast the garment itself. Q. What type of ink is used to imprint IGNITE products? A. All of our designs are imprinted using the finest plastosol inks. We also use a chino additive to give the imprints a softer, almost “flat” feel. Q. What factors go in to pricing IGNITE products? A. First and foremost is the cost of the shirt itself – and many of our selections do offer higher quality higher cost garments. For example, most of our Ladies selections are offered on Bella tops as opposed to Hanes – and within the Bella line many of our selections tend toward the higher end. The other big factor is the number of print locations, and the number of inks used at each location. Q. Does it make sense to shop online with the added expense of shipping?
A. We understand that when you purchase products online, the actual cost to you is more than the product’s list price. So we’ve taken a little bit off our margins in an effort to keep that actual cost within reason. In addition, depending on where you are located, most of you will not pay sales tax on your online purchase. Add in the convenience and gas savings - and shopping online really does offer good value. Q. What shipper do you recommend?
A. As a convenience to our customers IGNITESTORE.COM offers two shipping options. We recommend the United States Postal Service (USPS), as generally it is the less expensive alternative. USPS will sometimes take longer to ship; parcel post packages are generally delivered in 2 to 7 days – but shipments to the west coast can take as long as 14 days. So allow time for delivery. Or you can choose to pay a little extra for USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express. |
