All returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Requests for authorization, accompanied by a reason for the return or exchange, should be submitted by e-mail within 7 days of shipment. Please send request to service@ignitestore.com. Remember to include the reason, and in the case of exchanges, the product number, size, and color of the replacement product. You will receive further instruction via e-mail.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items back to IGNITESTORE.COM. Replacement products will be shipped at no cost to the customer. |
